SOUNDS OF THE VAULTSEvery Thursday, Friday and Saturday at The Vaults we are giving you some of Birmingham’s most successful and uplifting talents. Join us every Thursday at The Vaults for Live Thursdays and relax to the sounds of our talented pianist playing the mini grand piano. From 7pm, Naron Litchmore will have us melting in our seats, playing an elegant blend of soothing jazz, soul and modern classics. Listen to the soothing sounds from the restaurant while dining on a selection of delicious dishes... the perfect way to ease yourself into the weekend.
On a Friday we present All Mixed Up with DJs Jit and Friends, some of Birminghams best known purveyors of fine and fun music mixing their favourite records for your pleasure. Two for One on Specially Selected Cocktails all night.
On a Saturday we present resident DJs Paul and Junior playing a hearty mix of House, Disco, Soul, Funk, R&B and Indie Rock. Our doors open from 5pm with DJs playing from 9pm - 1am Thursdays and 10pm - 3am Fridays and Saturdays.
THE VAULTS COCKTAIL SCHOOL
Ever wondered how to create a delicious mouth-watering cocktail creation? Book into The Vaults Cocktail School and recreate the fantastic Daiquiri, the zesty Gin Sling and the classic Manhattan.
Our expert cocktail bartenders will take you on a delicious journey of creating and tasting a variety of classic cocktails and also a few of The Vaults very own cocktail creations. You will learn trade secrets with a tour of the bar and entertaining demonstrations of the different methods used to make the cocktails. Guests will become the cocktail makers and shakers and work in teams to create their cocktails, with the winning team receiving a champagne prize!
The Vaults Cocktail School is perfect as a corporate team building event or a fun way to spend an afternoon with friends.

WINE TASTING EVENTS
Our team of enthusiastic and entertaining wine professionals offer a range of events to suit almost any occasion or budget, from light-hearted wine tastings to gourmet dinners. Whether you are entertaining clients, arranging a team-building event or organising the company AGM, we can help.
Have you ever wondered why people rave about New Zealand white wines or Australian Shiraz? Or how to choose a decent Chablis? In short would you like to increase your knowledge and enjoyment of wines?
We run a programme of tutored tastings with our fine wine supplier Connolly’s Wine Merchants, which aim to do just that. Here is how they work - on each occasion we feature the wines of a particular producer or region. Each guest has (usually) eight samples to taste. Our speaker will be an expert on the wines concerned and will talk briefly about each wine as you sample it. We also provide tailor-made tastings for your corporate or social function. These may be either a formal presentation of a range of wines from a specific region or a light-hearted games or quiz evening.
The event can be combined with a flavoursome 2 or 3 course meal from one of The Vaults exciting menu’s, which blend contemporary European cuisine with traditional British favourites. The wine will be tailored to suit the cuisine, making it a mouth-watering evening of sensational tastes.
